POSITION TITLE: LT Chef & Production Manager

LOCATION: Bruxelles

REPORTS TO: LT Management

EFFECTIVE DATE: as soon as possibile

Puropose of position

Oversee and manage the production of our dishes and the supply of ordered meals both for the restaurant and take-away/home-delivery/catering service, according to the agreed LT quality targets.

Job duties and responsabilities

Develop and implement weekly production plans
Develop and implement weekly menu
Prepare the purchase list for the purchasing manager
Help develop new recipes to submit to management for approval.
Create, improve and standardize production processes.
Conduct training for kitchen crew
Standardize recipes, including correction tips and costing, in order to allow their flawless preparation over time
Contribute to menu planning.
Supervise Inventory control, and ensure that dishes on menu are available in the right quantities.
Supervise food sanitation and kitchen management.
Govern all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to company guidelines / customer preferences.
Liaise with room staff, food service/bar staff and management regarding customers orders and general service of kitchen operations.
Conduct training for kitchen crew
Complete all paperwork accurately, legibly and clearly.
Attend all meeting and training sessions, as requested.
Comply with all other legal obligations, company policies and practices.
Any other adhoc duties as directed by management.
