GPBM Nordic AB is looking for a Product/Marketing Assistant to join the marketing department in Mölndal. The most important qualification is that you are fluent in Italian and/or French, probably it is your native language.
As the Product/Marketing Assistant you are the contact person for the French and Italian offices and you will be assisting them with information and various marketing material.
Responsibilities as Product/Marketing Assistant
As the Product/Marketing Assistant at GPBM Nordic AB your responsibility is to be the main contact person for the French and Italian offices.
You will find out and deliver all the information that they need. You will also be responsible for updating the website and serving your colleagues with product information and marketing material.
There will be 3-4 trips each year to France and Italy. The job is full-time, however part-time is possible.
You are a very open, service-minded and communicative person. You are energetic, positive and eager to find solutions.
You are driven in your work and you are quick to return information and feedback. It is important that you are flexible and know what to prioritize.
You like to have responsibility and you have the ability to see what has to be done and you always deliver in a timely manner. In addition, it is appreciated if you have a sense for colour and design.
You are fluent in French or Italian, preferably both, as well as in English.
You have experience from a similar position where you have delivered great service.
You are used to and like to work mostly through phone and e-mail contact.
If you have experience from marketing and/or communication it is very beneficial in this position, but not a requirement.
