Sitel is a multinational contact centre outsourcing provider company, in Portugal for 20 years and now with a team of 550 associates.
Currently we are recruiting for one of our most important clients, Lexmark, a multinational printers developer and supplier company, for the position of inbound 1st level agent – helpdesk, for the Italian market.
This agent can help corporate and private customers.
Profile of the ideal candidate
High school degree (minimum)
Target experience in dealing with customers, contact centre helpdesk experience, advanced hardware and software technical knowledge (preferable only)
Solving problems experience knowledge/skills/abilities
Italian native speaker (eliminatory)
Good English knowledge (will write reports in English)
Excellent communicational skills and client oriented
Team-player
Conflict solving qualities
Additional information
Pay rate: base salary (x14 months) + meal
Allowance per working day + monthly performance bonus (bonus will only start to be paid after 3 months at work)

After 6 months of work we can help you finding accommodation in Lisbon
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
